remove_mailing_list_recipients - Shipstar

Takes recipients off a list without erasing their history: they stop receiving release emails, and a later upsert_mailing_list_recipients or the dashboard’s Restore puts them back. Contacts who unsubscribed themselves are left alone and reported. Idempotent. The agent confirms the exact people with you before calling.
