list_mailing_lists - Shipstar

Lists the project’s mailing lists for release notes emails — each list’s id, name, and recipient counts by status. No arguments.

active_recipients receive the next email.
removed_recipients were taken off by the team; an upsert or the dashboard’s Restore puts them back.
unsubscribed_recipients opted out themselves via the link in an email and are never re-added.

Pass one or more id values to send_release_email to deliver a completed release notes email, or to upsert_mailing_list_recipients / remove_mailing_list_recipients to keep the list in sync. Create a new list with create_mailing_list. Recipients can also be managed in the dashboard under Destinations → Email (CSV import/export included).
